First of all I want to thank you all so much for welcoming me to your venue of choice for a great game of Play That Funky Bingo. I had an absolute blast, and from what I could tell, it looked like you all did too! I heard some people shouting titles of songs they knew, a lot of people singing along with those familiar tunes and even singing the chorus we all know and enjoy right after the first note! In the first round we heard songs from the greatest genre, classic rock. In that round we got a staggering 16 winners! I'm so glad I had help processing that many Bingo winners. For our second round, we listened to some of the best 80s hits and a lot of you really got into it, singing and nodding your heads to the rhythm. In that round, we had another 15 winners get their names in for the drawing at the end. What an amazingly fun crowd at Harvest Ridge last Friday night! Thanks for being so kind and welcoming, everyone. I hope that you enjoyed the game, despite the absence of your favorite host, John.  I am sorry to say that I have misplaced my notes from the game and cannot for the life of me remember who won the prizes.   Yo! How YOU doon? WE started our June Musical Journey with some good 'ol Classic Rock. We got 9 winners that round! We jumped to the 80's for Round 2, picking up 10 winners! Next up was, 90's Pop-N-Rock! where 14 Funky Bingo's were called-in including one player who called himself Sexual Chocolate! We finished our evening together with Disco Ball Part 1 v2 and danced our way to victory! Meanwhile, 12 people snapped selfies to claim additional or sole wins and it PAID OFF for Linda Z who snagged a Free Flight and a Cider Glass. Eileen grabbed another glass and free flight with her win in the Dico round. Ruth jumped and jived her way to a Disco round win and got a T-Shirt! Mary-Jo B FUNKY BINGOED during the 90's Round and nailed a $10 gift card! While Debbie rocked the boat and left with a $30 Gift Card! 50+ tickets are already gone for the July 13 game, so JUMP ON IT!
